1. Who we are

This website is run by Rollney Singapore (UEN 202227325K and UEN 202526833H). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Rollney Singapore.

We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

1. What you tell us in our forms. Your name, email and phone number. On the vending machine form, also the kind of space you have in mind and your investment range.
2. When you contact us. If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call: your name, phone number and anything you choose to tell us.
3. When you send a form. The time, the page you sent it from, your browser and device, your approximate location (country) and network, and your IP address. We use these to stop spam and misuse of our forms.
4. How you use this website. Pages you visit, links and buttons you click, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city or country) and the website or ad that brought you here.

We do not ask for your NRIC number, and we do not take payment card details on this website.

3. Why we use it

1. To reply to you and follow up on your enquiry about our franchise, vending machines or a space for a machine, by WhatsApp, phone or email.
2. To understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not.
3. To see which of our ads bring enquiries, and to show our ads to people more likely to be interested.
4. To keep our forms free of spam and misuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and the tools we use

This website uses cookies and tools from Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft (Clarity). Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.

If you arrive from one of our ads or links, your browser remembers which one for up to 90 days, so that an enquiry you send later can be matched to it.

Links to WhatsApp and to our social media pages take you to those companies, where their privacy policies apply.

5. Who we share it with

With the service providers we use for the reasons in this policy: website hosting and storage (Cloudflare), email (Google), our customer records system (Kommo) and the tools in point 4.

With Mister Marketeer, the agency that manages this website, our ads and lead qualification on our behalf. Notifications of your enquiry, and our replies to you, may come from Mister Marketeer's address, services@mistermarketeer.com.sg.

We will also share data if the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Singapore. We use reputable providers and expect them to protect your data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

7. How we protect it

Only the people at Rollney Singapore, and at the providers above, who need your details can see them. We use reasonable security measures.

8. Your choices

You can email us to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. We may ask you to confirm who you are first. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to help with your enquiry, and we will tell you if so.
